If so, then ACF is the game for you. ACF is a Collectible Card Game that offers many fresh and new concepts for the CCG genre. Here are some of the aspects that make ACF unique: In ACF you do not shuffle your cards and draw a hand. Instead, your entire deck of cards is available to you from the very beginning of the game. You may choose any card you wish at any time and play it as long as you can meet the requirements to do so. This adds a new level of strategy unbeknownst to CCGs before now. Without shuffling your deck and drawing a hand, two of the same deck played against each other multiple times could, in theory, result in the same game being played over and over again right? Not so. ACF uses dice to introduce an aspect of chance. Now you will always have the cards you need; victory depends on how well you use them. Using a wide range of dice (D2, D4, D6, D8, D10, D12 and D20), characters have a chance of hitting each other, rolling for damage and even have special skills, actions or spells that depend on dice for their outcome. It’s more like playing a collectible card game with standard RPG characters. Not everyone starts the game in the same position. Select a base card that acts as the core of your deck. Players who like magic can have a base card that support that play style. Attack, defense, large armies, whatever your play style, you can choose a base card to support it. We will NEVER ban cards. The cards you get now will be playable as long as the game is out, so forever. We work very hard to make sure cards are compatible with each other. There are no useless cards. All cards have a place in the game. New cards will be worth buying because they will add a new element to the game play. There will always be a reason to get new cards but it will not be required to stay competitive. ACF has 6 different kinds of cards; Base, Character, Action, Spell, Location, and Equipment. |
